Birke Gregg was born and raised in Germany. After high school she came to New Haven, CT to be an au pair for 5 children. She found the job of teaching, playing with, loving and learning from the kids to be one of the most rewarding experiences in her life.
Birke traveled all over the world pursuing social work positions at places like the Habitat for Humanity in Buenos Aires and International Bund in Berlin. After recieving her masters degree in social work and social pedagogics Birke traveled to India to pursue her interest in yoga as a cure for back pain.
Birke has practiced yoga with Ana Forrest, Sean Corn, Josh Summers, Sadie Nardini, Bryan Kest and is certified as a children's yoga instructor by Full of Joy Yoga.
Children's yoga combines Birke's passion for working with children and teaching yoga!
Birke lives in the area and resides with her husband and daughter.
